How do I submit a Moodle help request?

Answer

Faculty, staff, and students can use the Moodle Support link at the top of Moodle to access the Moodle Help Request Form.

Alternatively, you can also put in a Moodle Ticket in the ticketing system https://5000.coastal.edu.  Be sure to select "New ticket" under the Moodle Services to prevent a delay in processing.
