How can I get started teaching with Moodle?

  1. If you are new to Moodle at CCU, your first step will be to login at https://moodle.coastal.edu/ to make sure you have an account. You will login using your CCU credentials. If you do not have an account, please submit a ticket at https://5000.coastal.edu/, 
  2. Once you are logged into Moodle, you should see your assigned courses listed. If they are not listed, please check first with your department chair to be sure they have been officially assigned to you in the WebAdvisor system. If your classes have been assigned, but they are not listed in Moodle, you can submit a Faculty Course Request (linked here). This form is also available in the Moodle Support area at the top of your Moodle page.
  3. Once your have your courses listed in Moodle, you can use the information linked below to begin building your course pages.
