What is the Label resource in Moodle?
Answer
A Label serves as a spacer/content holder on a Moodle course page. It can be used to add text, images, multimedia or code in between other resources and activities with a section of the course page.
Some common uses of the Label include:
- Subheading to divide a course page section
- Announcements that can be easily moved up and down the page from one section to another.
- An embedded image or video that can be easily hidden once it is no longer needed.
Any content placed in a Label will appear directly on the front page of the course.
