Can I Submit a Quiz for Student?

Unfortunately, if a student's Quiz is not submitted, there is no way for the instructor or the Moodle admins to push the Quiz through. The instructor can see the student's attempt, and the question responses that were saved as the Quiz was in process, but the student's grade will not be calculated. The instructor can calculate the grade manually based on the questions answered.
Most often when a Quiz is not submitted, it is due to the Quiz settings. The option selected for "What happens when time expires" should be set for "Open attempts are submitted automatically." This will cause the system to submit the quiz automatically for the student when the time runs out, even when they have not clicked the "Finish attempt" / "Submit all and finish" buttons.
