To reset a Moodle quiz attempt:
 

1. On the main course content page, click the Quiz.
2. Click the "Attempts:" link in the middle of the screen. This will bring up a list of the students' attempts.
3. Check the box in front of the individual student's name.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Delete selected attempts." Be careful, this cannot be undone. This will delete the attempt, allowing the student to take the quiz again. (Assuming the quiz is still open.)
